As our employee, it is important that we confirm certain details with you. You may have already provided these details to us on your registration but as a check the following is what we require in addition to your personal information;

ID – as your employer, we are required to carry out document checks to meet all contractual and compliance obligations. Please note all Non-EU Nationals must provide copies of work permits or other approval issued by Work Permits UK or other appropriate Government Department.

CONTRACT – it is important that we have your company’s agreement to our contract for services.

Additional information to consider – in addition to our contract of employment, there are some other details you may wish to consider and confirm to us on.

HOLIDAY PAY – as your employer we will accrue your holiday pay (we will keep it for you) and pay this when you take holidays and request it. Alternatively, you can tick to select to receive ‘rolled up’ holiday pay. If you didn’t previously select you will need to resubmit agreeing to the contract of employment again and tick the relevant box to confirm.
